ETNA: The paroxysm # 20. occured on Mt. Etna in Sicily 2012. Again of a quite reasonable size.
PUYEHUE: On a low rate, this long lasting eruption is going on. The area around the volcano as far as Argentina is sufferng from this ashy eruption, and there is no predictable end.
NYAMURAGIRA: Beside a still confusing security situation at the north west part of Virunga national park (Rep. of Kongo), tourists managed to get closer to Nyamuragira volcano, which erupted on 5. Nov. 2011, still ongoing in Feb. 2012
EL HIERO: The submarine eruptions continues at the Canarian Island on a low level. New island forming does't seems to come soon.
